The inner-Brisbane move, measured in stairs, not kilometres.
Removalists for inner-Brisbane Queenslanders — the high-set timber homes on steep stumps, the front-stair carry and the dug-out under-house, across Paddington, Red Hill, New Farm, West End, Bulimba and the ridge and river suburbs in between.

Every inner-Brisbane suburb is a different climb
We group the inner ring by what actually shapes a move: the terrain and how high the homes sit. The taller the rung, the harder the typical carry. Pick your suburb for the local detail and a quote.
The steep ridges
Houses ride high on tall stumps above narrow ridge streets, so the day is decided by the front stairs and where a truck can legally stop on the hill.
The rolling hills
Big Queenslanders sit up on sloping blocks, so a long climb from the kerb and an internal stair or two shape the carry.
The riverside mix
A mix of high-set timber near the river and units behind the main street, so each move turns on which one you are in.
The flat river bends
Flatter ground by the river bends, but grand high-set homes and heritage woolstore apartments mean stairs or a building lift still set the pace.
The "climb" reflects the typical carry, not your exact home. The Stair Planner reads your real access in about thirty seconds.
Build your Queenslander, see the move.
Set how high the house sits, the front steps, the under-house and what the truck can reach. A live section of your home assembles, and you get an honest read on the crew, the carry and the plan your move needs, ready to send with your enquiry.

Moving day
A careful crew wraps, carries and protects your home up and down the stairs, then places it all where it belongs.

Local knowledge, careful hands, honest quotes
The climb is the job, and we resource it
A high-set front-stair carry is slower and harder than a flat one, so we size the crew to the stairs rather than stretch the day. More hands on the steps, stair protection laid, the right truck for the street.
We plan the truck spot first
On the narrow ridge streets and the busy West End and Oxford Street strips, the legal truck spot is half the job. We scout it with you up front, and shuttle the carry where a pantech cannot reach the door.
Insured, every move
Your belongings are covered while we are carrying them up and down those stairs. Wrapping and protecting your furniture and your timber home is part of the job, not an extra.
Transparent quotes
A clear quote based on your actual access at both ends. What you are told up front is what you pay, with no day-of surprises when the under-house turns out to be a full level.
Good to know before you move
Why do you ask about stairs and stumps before kilometres?
Because in the inner suburbs the climb decides the move. A flat 10km move is easy; a high-set Queenslander with fourteen front steps and a dug-out under-house, 2km away, is the real work. We size the crew and truck to the access, so the quote is accurate.
Can you move a piano or fridge up a steep Queenslander stair?
Yes. Heavy and awkward items over a high-set front stair are our normal day across Paddington, Red Hill, Highgate Hill and the rest. We bring stair-climbers, straps and the crew to do it safely without marking the timber.
There is nowhere to park a truck on my street. What then?
Common on the narrow ridge streets and in West End. We scout a legal spot before the day, and where a full-size truck cannot reach the door we use a smaller truck or shuttle the carry, so the move is not held up by a circling truck.
Do you move apartments and woolstore conversions too?
Yes. Around New Farm, Teneriffe and the riverside we plan the building lift booking and the loading dock with management first, because a single heritage lift can set the pace more than the furniture itself.
